Thank you for reaching out to get a fresh look. The order process starts with this request form. Whether you know exactly what you want or you just have a general idea and are looking for direction, this form will guide you through the choices of:

  • An apparel style for your initial mock
  • Design details and customization
  • Deposit Payment

The steps of the design process are:

  • Fill out this DESIGN REQUEST Form and pay the non-refundable $50 deposit.
  • Revise and APPROVE the design.
  • Fill out the order sheet (COS). (available once the design is approved)
  • PAY the remaining order balance.
  • RECEIVE the order within 10-15 business days.
Disclaimer: Please note at the end of this design request you will be asked to provide a $50 deposit before submitting. Although this deposit is non-refundable if an apparel order is not placed, the amount can be removed from your final apparel order total with a promo code. You can pay the deposit in the checkout page at the end of this request form.

In order to start the design process, the only thing left is to pay the nonrefundable $50 deposit. When you place your apparel order, you will receive a Promo Code to deduct the deposit from your final balance.
